Pre-Owned Disclosure

All timepieces offered for sale by FYTP LLC are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. By purchasing from FYTP LLC, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the nature of pre-owned goods as described in this disclosure.
1. Pre-Owned Definition
A pre-owned timepiece is a watch that has been previously owned and/or worn by one or more individuals prior to its current offering for sale. Pre-owned does not mean defective, inauthentic, or undesirable — it means the piece is not new from an authorized retail dealer.
Many pre-owned luxury timepieces are in excellent or near-mint condition and may include original box and papers. Condition is assessed and disclosed individually for every piece we offer.
2. Condition Grading
Every timepiece listed by FYTP LLC is assigned a condition grade based on our in-house assessment:
UNWORN / MINT
No signs of wear. May have protective stickers. Full set typically included.
EXCELLENT
Minimal to no visible wear under normal viewing. Sharp case and bracelet edges. May show light micro-scratches under magnification.
VERY GOOD
Light signs of normal wear. Case and bracelet may show minor surface scratches. All functions fully operational.
GOOD
Visible wear consistent with regular use. May show scratches, scuffs, or light polishing. All functions fully operational.
FAIR
Noticeable wear. May show significant scratching, case rounding, or aging. Priced and described accordingly.
Condition grades are provided in good faith based on our professional assessment. Minor variations in perception between buyer and seller are normal in pre-owned goods and do not constitute misrepresentation.
3. Brand Independence
FYTP LLC is an independent pre-owned watch dealer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any watch manufacturer, including but not limited to Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega, or Richard Mille.
Brand names and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.
4. No Manufacturer Warranty
Pre-owned timepieces sold by FYTP LLC do not carry an active manufacturer warranty unless one is explicitly stated as included on the invoice. Where an active or transferable warranty is included, it will be noted in writing.
FYTP LLC does not offer an express warranty on pre-owned pieces unless stated in writing at the time of the transaction.
5. Authentication
Every timepiece offered for sale by FYTP LLC has been inspected and authenticated in-house. Our process covers movement, case, dial, serial number, and included accessories.
Authentication is performed to the best of our professional ability. FYTP LLC is not a factory-authorized service center. Where independent third-party authentication is requested by the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange and fund prior to the transaction closing.
6. Photographs & Descriptions
All photographs are taken in-house of the actual piece being offered — not stock or promotional images. Color, finish, and texture may appear slightly different under different lighting conditions. This is normal and does not constitute misrepresentation.
Descriptions are written in good faith based on our professional assessment. Any known defects, servicing history, or notable variations are disclosed in the listing description.
7. FTC Compliance
In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, all timepieces sold by FYTP LLC are disclosed as pre-owned in the product listing, invoice, and all marketing materials. FYTP LLC does not represent pre-owned goods as new.
