Every timepiece sold by FYTP LLC is authenticated in-house before it is offered for sale. No exceptions. This is not a marketing claim — it is the operational standard we hold ourselves to on every transaction.
What We Check
Our authentication process covers every major element of the timepiece:
MOVEMENT
Verified for authenticity, brand consistency, and proper operation
CASE & LUGS
Inspected for correct reference dimensions, serial placement, and case integrity
DIAL
Verified for authentic printing, correct text, proper hands, and no signs of redial or refinishing
SERIAL & REFERENCE NUMBERS
Cross-referenced for consistency with the stated model and production year
CROWN, CASEBACK & PUSHERS
Inspected for correct markings and proper function
BRACELET & CLASP
Verified for correct reference fitment and authentic construction
BOX & PAPERS
Where included, verified for consistency with the watch reference and production date
Our Standard
We do not list a piece until we are confident in its authenticity. If we have any doubt, the piece does not go to market.
Every piece is photographed in-house — real photos of the actual watch in our possession, not stock imagery. What you see is what ships.
What Happens If There Is A Concern
If you believe a timepiece you received is not authentic as described, you must contact us at fytpllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Your message must include:
All claims are reviewed by our team within 2 business days of receipt. We reserve the right to request the piece be returned for independent inspection before any resolution is issued.
If the piece is confirmed by FYTP LLC to be inauthentic or materially misrepresented, resolution will be provided in the form of an exchange or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Credit card processing fees (4%) are non-refundable under all circumstances as they are collected by a third-party processor.
