PART ONE — STANDARD WATCH SALES

1. All Sales Are Final

All watch and timepiece sales are final. FYTP LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds based on change of mind, buyer's remorse, or post-sale market fluctuations.

Every item is described in detail — including condition grade, serial number, year, included accessories, and in-hand photography — prior to the transaction closing. By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms they have reviewed all provided information and agrees to these terms.

2. 24-Hour Inspection Window — Misrepresentation Only

If a timepiece arrives materially different from how it was described — in condition, authenticity, or included accessories — the buyer must notify FYTP LLC within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a misrepresentation claim:

• Email fytpllc@gmail.com — Subject: "Misrepresentation Claim — [Invoice #]"

• Include photos clearly documenting the discrepancy

• Include your invoice number and specific item in question

FYTP LLC will review all claims within 2 business days. Claims submitted after 24 hours of confirmed delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

What qualifies as misrepresentation:

• The piece is a different reference, model, or variant than described

• The condition is materially worse than the condition grade provided

• Accessories described as included (box, papers, links) are missing

• Authentication is disputed by a recognized third-party watchmaker

What does not qualify:

• Subjective preferences ("the dial looks different in person than in photos")

• Minor cosmetic variations typical of pre-owned items

• Normal wear on items explicitly described as having wear

• Differences in perceived color under different lighting conditions

3. Resolution — Valid Misrepresentation Claims

3a. Clear FYTP LLC Error — Wrong reference, wrong condition grade, missing confirmed accessories, or authentication failure:

• Exchange for a comparable piece (preferred resolution)

• If no comparable piece is available: full refund of purchase amount

• No deductions. No restocking fee. No flat fee.

• FYTP LLC covers return shipping

• CC processing fee non-refundable if applicable — see Section 5

3b. Gray Area — Ambiguous condition interpretation, minor undisclosed wear, or subjective discrepancy:

• Exchange for a comparable piece (preferred resolution)

• If no comparable piece is available: full refund of purchase amount

• No flat fee or restocking fee

• Buyer covers return shipping both ways

• CC processing fee non-refundable if applicable — see Section 5

4. Approved Returns — Negotiated Exceptions

In rare cases a return may be agreed upon in writing between buyer and FYTP LLC prior to or at the time of the transaction closing. These are negotiated exceptions only and do not apply to standard transactions.

When an approved return is executed:

• Restocking fee of 8% of the transaction price, minimum $300

• Buyer covers all return shipping costs

• Item must be returned unaltered, unworn beyond initial inspection, in original packaging

• Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt and inspection

• CC processing fee non-refundable

FYTP LLC reserves the right to decline any return where the item has been altered, worn, polished, serviced, or changed from the condition in which it was sold.

5. Credit Card Processing Fees — Non-Refundable

Credit card payment is accepted only when agreed upon in writing prior to the transaction. When a buyer pays by credit card, a processing fee of 4% of the transaction amount is collected by the third-party payment processor.

This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances — including valid misrepresentation claims, approved returns, and payment plan cancellations.

Example:

• Watch price: $15,000

• CC fee (4%): $600 — paid to processor, non-refundable

• Maximum refundable amount: $14,400 (minus any applicable deductions)

6. Payment Plans

Failure to meet payment terms may result in cancellation at FYTP LLC's discretion. In the event of cancellation:

• Amounts paid are subject to a deduction of 10% of the total agreed transaction price plus all documented incurred costs (shipping, insurance, authentication, servicing, or polishing)

• Remaining balance refunded within 10 business days

• CC fees on any payments made by credit card are non-refundable

7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase with FYTP LLC, the buyer agrees to resolve any disputes directly with FYTP LLC before initiating any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with their financial institution or payment processor.

The buyer must contact FYTP LLC and allow a minimum of 5 business days for resolution before filing any chargeback or dispute. Initiating a chargeback without following this process constitutes a breach of these terms. FYTP LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of all funds, chargeback fees, and associated costs.

PART TWO — SOURCED PIECES

Sourced transactions — where the buyer requests a specific reference and FYTP LLC searches its network to locate it — carry additional terms due to the time, resources, and network access involved.

8. Sourcing Deposit

A sourcing deposit is required to initiate any client-requested sourcing engagement. The deposit amount is agreed upon in writing at the time of engagement and varies per transaction.

The deposit is fully non-refundable once sourcing begins — except as outlined in Section 9.

By paying a sourcing deposit, the buyer confirms:

• They have authorized FYTP LLC to begin actively searching for the requested piece

• They understand the deposit is earned by FYTP LLC upon commencement of search

• They agree to complete the purchase if FYTP LLC locates a piece matching the agreed specifications within the agreed timeframe

9. If FYTP LLC Does Not Deliver

If FYTP LLC is unable to locate the requested piece within 15 days of deposit payment (or within the timeframe agreed in writing), the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit — no deductions.

If both parties agree in writing to extend the sourcing window, the refund right is waived for the extended period.

10. If the Buyer Backs Out

If the buyer withdraws from the sourcing engagement for any reason other than FYTP LLC's failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe:

• The full deposit is forfeited. No refund. No exceptions.

• This applies regardless of whether FYTP LLC has already located the piece

11. Misrepresentation Claims — Sourced Pieces

11a. Clear FYTP LLC Error — Wrong reference, wrong condition, or wrong piece entirely:

• Full purchase amount refunded including deposit

• Minus $350 flat fee for FYTP LLC's sourcing time

• Minus CC processing fee if applicable

• FYTP LLC covers return shipping

11b. Gray Area — Ambiguous or subjective discrepancy:

• Full purchase amount refunded including deposit

• Minus $350 flat fee for FYTP LLC's sourcing time

• Minus CC processing fee if applicable

• Buyer covers return shipping

Note: The sourcing deposit is earned upon commencement of search — not upon delivery. Any chargeback filed against a sourcing deposit claiming "services not rendered" will be contested by FYTP LLC with full documentation of sourcing activity.

PART THREE — WATCH ROLL & ACCESSORY ORDERS

12. Defective or Damaged Accessories

If a watch roll or accessory order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery:

• Email fytpllc@gmail.com — Subject: "Accessory Claim — [Order #]"

• Include photos and your order confirmation

Resolution at FYTP LLC's discretion: replacement, store credit, or refund.

13. Personalized & Engraved Items

Custom laser-engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable based on change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Exception — quality or design defect: If a personalized or engraved item arrives with a quality issue, design error, or production defect, FYTP LLC will provide one of the following at our discretion: replacement, store credit, or refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos documenting the defect.

14. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. FYTP LLC will arrange a correction or replacement at no cost to the buyer.

PART FOUR — GENERAL TERMS

15. Warranty

FYTP LLC does not offer an express warranty on pre-owned timepieces unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of the transaction. Where an active manufacturer or third-party warranty is included, it will be noted on the invoice.

16. Governing Law

This policy and all transactions between the buyer and FYTP LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved directly between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
