FYTP LLC operates as a pre-owned luxury watch dealer. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final — Timepieces

All watch and timepiece sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on timepieces unless a warranty was explicitly included at the time of purchase (original manufacturer warranty still in effect, or an additional warranty purchased through FYTP LLC).

Warranty Coverage — Timepieces

If your timepiece was sold with an active manufacturer warranty or an FYTP-purchased warranty, claims must be submitted within the stated coverage period. Contact us at info@fytp.store with your order details.

Watch Accessories (Watch Rolls, Cases, etc.)

Accessories may be eligible for replacement within 30 days of delivery if deemed defective or damaged upon arrival. Replacements are issued solely at the discretion of FYTP LLC. We do not offer cash refunds on accessory purchases. No returns are accepted on customized or personalized items under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. FYTP LLC reserves the right to assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

No Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns based on change of mind. All item descriptions, condition grades, and photos are provided in detail prior to purchase. Please review carefully before buying.
