Submit Your Watch for an Offer
Submit Watch Details – Provide the reference number, year, condition (excellent, good, fair or bad) and included accessories (manuals, warranty card, green card, white tag, extra straps, etc.).
Upload Photos – Attach clear pictures of the watch and all included items using the form below.
Submit ID Verification – Upload a picture of your valid ID for security and verification purposes.
Get an Estimate – Our team will review your submission, check the watch’s market value by researching current prices, rarity, and demand and will provide a consignment agreement.

Understand the Consignment Terms
Review and discuss the consignment agreement, including commission rates, the duration of the consignment, and any specific conditions. Ensure you understand that our team will handle the sale of your watch and any potential risks, such as a lower final sale price. A clear contract will outline all these details for transparency and security.

Shipping and Assessment of the Watch
Once the agreement is in place, we will ask you to ship the watch to us for inspection. Our expert watchmaker, with over 60 years of experience, will thoroughly inspect and authenticate your watch to ensure its originality and condition.
Verify the watch’s paperwork, such as certificates, warranties, or service records.

Listing
We will take high-quality photos of the watch from multiple angles, focusing on the key features and serial numbers.
Create a detailed description of the watch’s brand, model, year, condition, and any additional features or accessories.
We will showcase your watch on our platform, reaching a wide audience of potential buyers.
5.
Negotiate and Handle Offers
- Our team will manage the offers, ensuring you get the best deal.
- Payment is processed securely once the watch is sold.
6.
Receiving Your Payment
Once your watch is sold, the agreed commission will be deducted, and you’ll receive the remaining balance. If the watch doesn’t sell within the agreed timeframe, you’ll have the option to have it returned or discuss updated terms. Payments are processed promptly, as outlined in the agreement, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction.

- A 7% consignment fee applies to all timepieces, with an additional $100 for insured Fedex Priority shipping.
